Mob Rule

Illegal Actions Against Trump Supporters Normalized – AG Barr WHERE ARE YOU?

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing” – Edmund Burke.

The exhaustive list of unequal justice under the law in our country is growing like wildfire. Contrary to Attorney General William Barr’s incessant claims that his office will uphold the law and it will be applied equally, thus far, justice for all has been on an extended holiday. Unless one has the declared “politically correct” party affiliation, creed, sexual orientation, and race the following is illegal:

  • Lying to Congress.
  • Lying to the courts.
  • Leaking classified national security documents and information.
  • Destroying or altering legal and classified documents.
  • Treason and sedition.
  • Enlisting a foreign government and intel agencies to interfere in U.S. elections.
  • Inciting political violence and violent threats.
  • Physical violence.
  • Destruction of property, monuments, commerce, and Arson.
  • Voter intimidation.
  • Attempts to alter voting procedures (mail-in ballots) which risk election integrity.
  • Hacking personal information for purposes to doxx.
  • Election interference and campaign interference.
  • Infringing on freedom of speech.
  • Infringing on peaceful assembly.

The above is not the “exhaustive” list, but for this article, we will focus narrowly on the citizens’ rights to peacefully assemble, express political freedom of speech, and not have their right to vote intimidated or blocked. Harassing political supporters with intimidation, threats of violence, acts of violence, and engaging in tactics that block or interfere with their peaceful assembly are illegal and certainly perpetration of evil acts.

Please refer to Right Wire Report previous two articles, here, and here, for in-depth reporting on Trump’s recent Tulsa Rally. Both articles investigate and address serious attempts and violations against Trump supporter’s right to peacefully assemble for political speech and tactics employed. Additionally, a retrospective on a consistent pattern of abuse and depriving of our civil liberties over the last four years is also summarized.

The blatant white elephant in the room is physical threats or perpetration of violence under the law is a crime. One my not physically assault another unless in the circumstance of self-defense. Days leading up to the Tulsa Political rally, President Trump, the Mayor of Tulsa, and the Governor of Tulsa all publicly announced the presence of the National Guard, and police would be deployed for protection of Rally attendees safety and rights. Both were visibly located at certain times at the BOK arena and surrounding streets.

Right Wire Report demands an answer to the following question as well as accountability and repercussions to those who failed to provide the objective. How did Anti-Trump protesters gain face-to-face access to Rally attendees, intimidate and threaten Trump supporters, disrupt and block entrances into the event?

The Anti-Trump protesters (BLM, Antifa, Others) took to social media declaring their intent days before the rally. They did this to such a degree that the federal, state, and local officials sprang into action with a plan. And yet nobody thought to separate the two factions many blocks apart or secure the perimeter, in and out of the venue, as a necessity, at the minimum? What is really going on here? Let us look at other laws beyond simply assault and battery.

Right to Peaceably Assemble

The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government. The First Amendment as been reviewed by the Courts many times, and they have determined interpretations and limits. Denote the UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY rulings. Unlawful Assembly is defined as: “When three or more people meet with the intention of carrying out an unlawful act to deliberately disturb the peace.” Disturbing the Peace is broadly defined: “upsetting the quiet and good order particularly through loud noise, by fighting or other unsocial behavior which frightens or upsets people. It is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine or brief term in jail.”

Political or ideological speech has long been affirmed by the Supreme Court as a protected right under the U.S. Constitution. Citizens vetting or supporting a political candidate at a candidate speaking event would fall under political speech and right to peacefully assemble. Further, in 2012, Congress passed H.R. 347, a federal law dealing with protest, was amended to make it a crime to “disrupt the orderly conduct of government business or official functions” in areas where the Secret Service is providing protection.

Voter Intimidation

Pursuant to 18 USCS § 594, whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, at any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing such candidate, shall be fined or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Right Wire Report asks the pertinent question – Does a citizen only decide or exercise their right to choose a candidate on the day of the election? Could one not make the case that the citizens’ right to freely assemble to hear the candidates’ message, vet the candidate, advocate for the candidate, free from intimidation and threats of violence a voter protection? Individual states even have laws against voter retaliation, such as penalizing one in the public sphere or workplace or politically expressed views. It so happens Oklahoma, where the rally took place, has such a law that specifically prohibits all voter intimidation.

Election Interference

We do not live in the Banana Republic, although it feels that way lately. The U.S. has Federal Election Campaign Laws, 256 pages to be exact can be read here. There is a specific section of the law that deals with foreign election interference, a topic which has been seared into all American’s brains sans Russia, Russia, Russia hoax collapsed.

A highly organized campaign to decrease the size of Trump’s audience, thereby oppressing the right of citizens to have a seat taken by deceit (falsehoods), was conducted by those utilizing a China Communist Party platform, TikTok, and spread by Zoom another CCP controlled entity. The United States intelligence communities have alerted Congress to both being a potential security risk. Going out on a limb here – but perhaps this whole “lets F-up the part of the electorate we hate so we can win the White House thang” might be a Trojan horse for very real foreign election interference. So respectfully AG Barr, May F-ing May Day already!

And again, protesters who plot and implement tactics that impede and stop citizens from entering a venue to hear political speech are illegal and interferes with the election process.

The Hatch Act/Campaign Finance Violation

The Hatch Act of 1939 restricts most in political positions of government to participate or fund pernicious political activities. The Federal Elections Committee lists in-kind contributions as illegal. Those protesters intimidating and blocking Rally attendees claimed largely to be part of the Black Lives Movement. Since Floyd’s death. BLM has raised millions of dollars but funneled those dollars through progressive Democrat fundraising groups such as ActBlue. The donation page linked from the central Black Lives Matter website actually reroutes users to a secure ActBlue donation form. ActBlue Charities is a registered charitable organization formed to democratize charitable giving, the form states. The media kicked into high gear, trying to debunk this obvious money laundering operation but failed, read here.

Since Saturday’s rally in Tulsa, those who wish to subvert Americans’ right to free speech, safety, and access to exercise political speech, are unabashedly plotting the next attack.

“Never Trumper George Conway (Lincoln Project) appears to be attempting to sabotage President Trump’s next event just one day after the president’s critics took credit for a TikTok prank, which they claim flooded the campaign with fake RSVPs, thereby heightening expectations for Saturday’s rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma.”

So this is where we are now in America. A selected group “faction”, “Mob Rule”, has determined moral superiority over the rest and has the full backing of the Media/Democrat/Hollywood/Deep State cabal. The President you elected, and those he assigned to lead your institutions presently function wholeheartedly impotent to protect you. Options?

There was a 2018 Class Action suit brought against the government who failed to protect past supporters at rallies. Those supporters agreed on a settlement. Legal solutions are cost prohibited for many, and frankly, one should resent forcing those sworn to uphold the law to do so. The Right Wire Report fears that until members of the Democrat Aisle begin to stand once again for all Americans’ Civil Liberties and equal justice under the law or until our side wakes up and demands their rights be protected – this rapid descent into a hellish oppressed existence will march on. Many of the statues are public property – it is a crime. See Tucker Carlson describe the lawlessness supported by many in our government.

It is truly like begging a toddler to just stop pulling his diaper off-anymore to plead with like-minded Americans to stand up! Maybe you are capable of at least firing off an email, or twitter post, a call? Apologies if offended but just not confident anymore. Anyone is really listening or even paying attention or, for that matter, cares.

But on the rare hope this will be that moment you get your heads out of your “arses”, could you maybe blow up all forms of communication to your state and local officials, Senators and Representatives, include Whitehouse.gov, Homeland Security and the Justice Department too-Tell them, “I am mad as hell, and I am not going to take it anymore! Or not – It is just freedom after all.”

  1. I knew after Barr was in office for 1 month that he was useless. When I commented about this, there were many on our side who defended Barr. Still feel that way? I can’t believe Trump has put up with him this long.

  2. Few things are more plastic than law in the hands of the legal community. You can’t rely on the law unless you scare it to the point where you own it.

  3. Contrast Barr with Bill Clinton’s Janet Reno who killed civilians at Ruby Ridge and Waco and Obama’s Eric Holder of white voter intimidation fame and refusal to provide anything related to Fast and Furious gun running.
Democrats can find people who can do their required dirty work but Republicans can only find ones who leak to the press or support Democrat operations. Why?

"The simple step of a courageous individual is to not take part in the lie. One word of truth outweighs the world." Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

I was born and raised in the enigma known as "The Big Easy." There, rooted along the banks of the great Mississippi River between the creeping bayou and Lake Pontchartrain, I was conscripted on all things pertaining to human nature.  I am the quintessential southern woman, that is to say, I defy most could never accurately define what that label truly represents.  Brined below sea level where one respects; the haunts lingering about, the force of storm surge, the ethos of Mardi Gras, and the sanctity of generational family-I know what it is to belong to an organically diverse culture.

Early on in life, my career path serpentined and led to brief stints of living varied experiences as I indulged my passions for painting, musical theater, and the culinary arts. My young experiences evolved my purpose and honed my intuitive skills and I became a Medical Professional specializing in mental health with a focus on child/adolescent needs. After living decades in NOLA, and after hurricane  Katrina unearthed the realities of modern-day inner cities, I made the pivotal decision to relocate to where my family and I spent our summers in a quest to find security and civility in my life.

High up on one of the "grandfather mountains" I now perch in a Smoky mountain community in East Tennessee. Although, I would not trade my formative years in Louisiana, unfortunately,  that era of  America  is  no longer obtainable in the times we live - changing course was the best decision "Evah!"

I am a warrior  for freedom and truth , steeped in my ancestral history ,I am constantly reminded that stillness and introspection expands the mind and heart to possess a more nuanced understanding of all things in our internal and external world. We are all destined to bash ourselves against the rotted cultural rocks of humanity's unraveling until we recognize that a shared moral tone is essential for a free society. A healthy culture is one comprised of many unique people who offer shading and depth to the experience of living, yet all choose to accept basic truths that bind us all together-a societal moral tone. Intolerance  , censorship, intersectionality, cancel culture, apathy ,and ignorance will only groom oppression and tyranny.  Critical thought, differentiation, and dissent is your individual right granted not by government -and must always be protected, championed, and defended.
