Michigan reinstates voting fraud case following forensic probe

After the county clerk dismissed a voting fraud lawsuit in Michigan, a federal judge reinstated it.

After it was revealed that more than 5,000 votes for President Donald Trump were reportedly flipped to Joe Biden, Antrim County gained national coverage. Jocelyn Benson, Michigan’s Democrat secretary of state, blamed the possible vote transfer on a “clerical error.”

“I do think I know what happened,” Sheryl Guy, Antrim County clerk said. “I believe that when we got a new flash drive, we should’ve pulled all of our jurisdictions back and reprogrammed them. We did not do that.”

Guy has been charged with receiving and keeping court documents and has been named as a material witness in the case.

The real story is that Michigan’s Democrat secretary of state and the Antrim county clerk Sheryl Guy have no regard for voting integrity.  Guy admits she knew what they “should’ve” done but decided not to do it, and Jocelyn Benson, the Democrat secretary of state, believes it’s sufficient just to say it was a “clerical error.”  This is a case of Democrats, particularly Sheryl Guy, deciding to dismiss a voting fraud case because her guy Biden won.  And, of course, the vast majority of media won’t touch this story since they’ve so thoroughly instructed the American public that any notion of voting fraud circulates only in the conspiratorial minds of Republican voters. Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, on the other hand, understands the importance of voting integrity and issued two separate orders this week ordering the Antrim County election fraud case to be immediately reinstated, finding that the clerk’s non-service dismissal was inappropriate.
