Democrats Introducing Legislation To Pack Supreme Court With 4 New Justices, Report Says – End Game ?

House and Senate Democrats are reportedly preparing to unveil legislation on Thursday to pack the Supreme Court with four new justices, a move that would change the balance of power on the nation’s highest court.

“The bill would add four seats to the high court, bringing the total to 13, from the current 9,” The Intercept reported. “The bill is led by House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler, Subcommittee chair Hank Johnson, and freshman Rep. Mondaire Jones. In the Senate, the bill is being championed by Ed Markey of Massachusetts.”

The legislation comes after Democrat President Joe Biden announced last week that he had created a commission to study court packing — a political move that is so controversial that the majority of Americans oppose it — because, according to The New York Times, he was “under pressure from activists.” Before last year’s election, Biden said that voters did not “deserve” to know his stance on packing the courts.

The Daily Wire reported last week:

Court packing is so toxic that even socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) does not support it and has warned that if Democrats do it then “the next time the Republicans are in power they will do the same thing.”

Leftist Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, a registered Democrat, warned this week during a speech at Harvard that packing the court will diminish “confidence in the courts, and in the rule of law itself” which will lead to “diminishing the court’s power, including its power to act as a ‘check’ on the other branches.”

Even leftist Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg warned against packing the courts, saying that it will make the court appear more partisan and will trigger a constant expansion of the courts every time there is a power change in Washington, D.C.

Even former Democrat Senator Harry Reid (NV) warned over the weekend that Democrats better be careful with trying to alter the composition of the Supreme Court.

“I think it’s — we should be very, very careful in doing so. I have no problem with the commission, but I think that the commission is going to come back and disappoint a lot of people because I think they’re going to come back and say, we should just kind of leave it alone,” Reid said. “I think it would be inappropriate at this time after that long history we’ve had in the country [to] have term limits for judges. I think that we better be very, very careful in saying that we need to expand the Supreme Court. I think we better be very, very, careful.”

Mike Davis, founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P), warned that Biden’s move was “alarming” and must “be met with the harshest of denunciations from both sides of the aisle” because packing the Supreme Court would lead to “irreversible damage.”

“Packing the Supreme Court would destroy centuries of hard work from Democrat- and Republican-appointed justices to insulate the high court from partisan politics,” Davis warned. “It also raises serious red flags as to what unconstitutional actions President Biden is planning that a more favorable Supreme Court might tolerate.”

Right Wire Report

Court-packing who knew? Oh yea, anyone paying attention during the 2020 presidential campaign knew. Remember all the fact-checkers on claiming Trump and Pence were lying about Biden and Democrat’s plans to pack the courts? Yes, the mainstream media appear to have forgotten those too.

Benjamin Franklin must have intuitively known that someday Americans would become so ignorant and willful players in their own liberty demise that he stated this :

“A REPUBLIC, IF YOU CAN KEEP IT.”

"The simple step of a courageous individual is to not take part in the lie. One word of truth outweighs the world." Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

I was born and raised in the enigma known as "The Big Easy." There, rooted along the banks of the great Mississippi River between the creeping bayou and Lake Pontchartrain, I was conscripted on all things pertaining to human nature.  I am the quintessential southern woman, that is to say, I defy most could never accurately define what that label truly represents.  Brined below sea level where one respects; the haunts lingering about, the force of storm surge, the ethos of Mardi Gras, and the sanctity of generational family-I know what it is to belong to an organically diverse culture.

Early on in life, my career path serpentined and led to brief stints of living abroad in Europe as I indulged my passions for painting, musical theater, and the culinary arts. My young experiences evolved my purpose and honed my intuitive skills and I became a Medical Professional specializing in mental health with a focus on child/adolescent needs. After living decades in NOLA, and after hurricane  Katrina unearthed the realities of modern-day inner cities, I made the pivotal decision to relocate to where my family and I spent our summers in a quest to find security and civility in my life.

High up on one of the "grandfather mountains" I now perch in a Smoky mountain community in East Tennessee. Although, I would not trade my formative years in Louisiana, unfortunately,  that era of  America  is  no longer obtainable in the times we live - changing course was the best decision "Evah!"

I am a warrior  for freedom and truth , steeped in my ancestral history ,I am constantly reminded that stillness and introspection expands the mind and heart to possess a more nuanced understanding of all things in our internal and external world. We are all destined to bash ourselves against the rotted cultural rocks of humanity's unraveling until we recognize that a shared moral tone is essential for a free society. A healthy culture is one comprised of many unique people who offer shading and depth to the experience of living, yet all choose to accept basic truths that bind us all together-a societal moral tone. Intolerance  , censorship, intersectionality, cancel culture, apathy ,and ignorance will only groom oppression and tyranny.  Critical thought, differentiation, and dissent is your individual right granted not by government -and must always be protected, championed, and defended.

  1. What is next is to abolish the Electoral College! I do not understand American Conservatives laying down on all this transformation. Organize, and peacefully/legally let your voices be heard!
