Supreme Court considers Microsoft privacy case

Microsoft has taken a privacy case to the U.S. Supreme Court. At issue is a 2013 warrant ordering the tech giant to turn over emails of a suspected drug dealer. The data, however, was stored in Dublin, Ireland, and Microsoft refused, saying the order didn’t apply there. CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman joins CBSN to discuss the legal implications in this case.
