France to Expand Vaccine Passports – Is the Mark of the Beast Coming for You Soon?

French President Emmanuel Macron has announced a package of measures to help France control a fourth wave of Covid19 cases, including stricter border controls, the extension of the health passport for more everyday activities, and making the vaccine compulsory for all healthcare workers.

The president made the announcement in a live TV appearance as France faces a rapid increase in Covid19 cases driven by the delta variant. Although overall numbers remain low – a weekly average of 5,000 new cases a week – they are climbing rapidly and the more transmissible delta variant of Covid is now the dominant strain in France. Only 36% of the people of France are currently fully vaccinated.

“Our country is facing a surge in the epidemic across our territory, in mainland France as well as overseas,” Macron said at the start of the televised address. “The situation is under control, but if we do not act now the number of cases will increase significantly and will lead to a rise in hospitalizations,” he said. Urging everyone to get vaccinated as quickly as possible, the president laid out four main changes to the existing health policies.

Compulsory vaccines – from September 15th, the vaccine will become compulsory for healthcare workers and those who work with the elderly and vulnerable.

Macron said: “For health and non-health workers in hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, establishments for people with disabilities, for all professionals and volunteers who work in contact with elderly or vulnerable people, including in their homes, the vaccine will become obligatory.”

Calendar: France tightens the rules ahead of the fourth wave of Covid19

Unvaccinated healthcare workers “will not be able to work and will not be paid” from September 15th, Health Minister Olivier Véran told LCI on Monday evening following the President’s announcements.

“Depending on the evolution of the situation, we will, without doubt, have to consider obligatory vaccines for everyone in France,” Macron continued. “But I am making the choice to trust, and I am solemnly calling upon all our fellow citizens who aren’t vaccinated to go get vaccinated as soon as possible.” He added that vaccination “is the only path back towards a normal life”.

Health passport extension – The pass sanitaire (health passport) will be expanded until it is required for entry to venues including cinemas, restaurants, cafés, bars, nursing homes, and for long-distance train and bus travel.

The health passport – giving proof of either vaccinated status, a negative Covid test, or recent recovery from Covid19 – is already in use in France via the Tous Anti Covid app, but at present is used only for large venues like concerts and sports matches.

From July 21st it will be expanded to leisure and culture venues with more than 50 people such as cinemas, theatres, and museums. From the beginning of August – an exact date was not announced – it will be expanded again for use to enter bars, cafés, restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes and for long-distance travel by coach and train.

Charges for PCR tests – In the autumn – no exact date was given – non-medical PCR Covid tests will have to be paid for. This covers tests taken for travel purposes or for the health passport, but Covid tests taken for medical reasons such as for people with Covid symptoms or contact cases will continue to be free. He did not specify how much the tests would be, but the cost of tests for non-residents of France is capped at €49. The president referred only to PCR tests, although several French media reported that this would also refer to the rapid-result antigen tests.

Travel restrictions –  Macron said the borders would be ‘reinforced’ with extra checks at the border and compulsory quarantine for unvaccinated people coming from high-risk countries.

He said: “From this week, controls at our borders will be strengthened for those coming from high-risk countries, with strict isolation for unvaccinated travelers.” He gave no further detail on this and did not clarify whether ‘high risk’ referred to countries on the red list or orange list of France’s traffic light travel system. Unvaccinated arrivals from red list countries are already subject to a 10-day quarantine, which is reinforced by police checks, but arrivals from orange list countries such as the UK are only asked to do a 7-day quarantine, which is not enforced.

State of emergency – The French overseas départements of Réunion and Martinique have been placed back under a state of health emergency from Tuesday, but for mainland France, no extra restrictions such as lockdown or closures were announced.

Technology – The country will be using a “health passport” program, in which people can share a QR code or printed QR code certificates to establishments to show they are either vaccinated, recently recovered from the virus, or have had a negative Covid19 test. Both the patron and restauranteur can share these QR codes via a downloadable app. Typically French police canvas restauranteurs to ensure compliance. For example, if the police would see patrons in a restaurant and no scanned and logged QR codes in the system, the restaurant could be subject to stiff 1000s of Euro fines and government-mandated shutdowns of their business for 15 to 90 days, dependent on the severity of the infraction.

Note: If only 36% of the French are vaccinated. Often a two jab vaccine process, plus two weeks will take 2 to 3 months to occur. Even if everyone got vaccinated today, the economy would suffer greatly because people could not afford the PCR test and there is no time before August to accomplish this. And what of staff and foreign vacationers? Already, this author has seen three restaurants in the local area burned (potential insurance arson) – government support payments for small businesses ended in June. One wonders if this policy will meet serious resistance and not happen.

Is this just France? Speaking at a Downing Street press conference, Boris Johnson said: “As a matter of social responsibility we’re urging nightclubs and other venues with large crowds to make use of the NHS Covid pass, which shows proof of vaccination, a recent negative test or natural immunity as a means of entry.”

People in England can do this by requesting an NHS Covid Pass via the NHS website or the NHS app. Once logged in an NHS Covid Pass can be requested. The system generates a QR code, which lasts for 28 days. In NHS Covid Pass can be obtained two weeks after a second dose of the Covid vaccine, as long as both doses were given in England.

A pass can be requested if you’ve had a negative PCR test or lateral flow test result within the past 48 hours, which you have reported on the NHS website. These passes last 48 hours after the test result. In written guidance published after the press conference, the government said it “reserves the right” to force venues to require people to show their vaccine passports in order to be allowed in.

In the Netherlands, the Dutch government re-imposed curbs on nightclubs, music festivals, and restaurants on Friday while Spain’s Canary Islands have asked the government to bring back curfews.

In the United States, Anthony Fauci advocated recently for more mandates at the local level for businesses and schools to require Covid19 vaccinations. “I have been of this opinion, and I remain of that opinion, that I do believe at the local level, Jake, there should be more mandates,” Fauci told CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union.” “There really should be. We’re talking about a life-and-death situation.”

It seems that there will be a global strategy to impose Covid19 vaccines, or life is about to get very difficult for you.

We note that the notion of the “Mark of the Beast” is folklore for some readers of the Bible, but this is getting eerily similar to this prophecy. A Mark (Revelation 13:16-1) is required “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

Just insert the words “vaccine passports” for the word “mark” and the prophecy becomes a reality.

  1. Let’s interpret Macron’s Bureaucratic speak here:
Macron states (my comments in parentheses) : “Our country is facing a surge (HOW IS THIS DEFINED? A CASE MAY HAVE NO SYMPTOMS) in the epidemic across our territory, in mainland France as well as overseas,” Macron said at the start of the televised address. “The situation is under control (i.e. DONT PANIC BUT TRUST THE GOVT & COMPLY), but if we do not act now the number of cases (FALSE POSITIVES AND ASYMPTOMATIC AND MILD SYMPTOMS) will increase significantly (WHO DEFINES “SIGNIFICANTLY” AND HOW? ) and will lead to a rise in hospitalizations, (EVEN TWO MORE PEOPLE IN HOSPITAL ACROSS FRANCE WOULD MAKE THIS TRUE) ” he said.

They want us dumb and compliant and silent.
Now is the time to ROAR LIKE LIONS before its too late.
NOW PATRIOTS, WHEREVER YOU MAY BE!🦁
