Kyle Rittenhouse – Who Really Should Be On Trial?

NY PostMedia malpractice has come full circle in Kenosha, Wis.

Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial for the shooting deaths of two people and the wounding of another is nearing its end, with the jury expected to get the case soon. The shootings took place as riots, arson and looting shook Kenosha after police shot Jacob Blake on August 23, 2020. The violence fed off the nationwide riots and looting that followed the May death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody.

From the start, the media misrepresented the Blake case and ensuing riots. They portrayed Blake as an unarmed man who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, subjected to police brutality due to racism.

The truth was far different.

After an intensive investigation, prosecutors declared Blake’s shooting a justifiable use of force. The federal Justice Department reached the same conclusion. Contrary to media portraits, Blake was armed with a knife and was shot when he turned in a slashing motion at a policeman within arm’s reach.

And what of the alleged victims of Rittenhouse?

Though no one likes the taking of any life, the alleged victims of Rittenhouse were not heroes and were looking to cause trouble with violence. Rittenhouse had every right to defend himself.

Joseph Rosenbaum, who died after being allegedly shot by Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, on August 25, appears to have been charged by an Arizona grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including sodomy.

Anthony Huber wasn’t a hero. In 2012, Huber held a 6-inch-long butcher knife to his brother’s neck and violently attacked him. He told his brother he was going to “gut him like a pig.” He choked his brother and dug his nails into his neck. His brother could not breathe for 10 seconds. He then stabbed him in the ear. He then threatened to burn the house down and kill his mother, grandmother, and siblings. Huber left on his skateboard.

Gaige Grosskreutz, 26. who survived the Rittenhouse event, is a member of the People’s Revolution Movement. Learn more here. It was widely and falsely reported on social media that Gaige Grosskreutz is a felon. This is false. He is not a felon. He does, however, have a prior misdemeanor conviction for intoxicated use of a firearm in Wisconsin, online records show. He received probation in that 2015 case, records reveal.

In January 2021, he was accused of second-offense drunk driving, but the case was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion. He was found guilty of a 2019 forfeiture for obedience to officers and loud noises in Ashland, Wisconsin. A police report in West Allis, Wisconsin, accused him of “lurking” in an area where police in that suburban Milwaukee community keep their private vehicles, videotaping them. Heavy contacted West Allis municipal court to get the disposition of that ticket. He was found guilty of loitering after pleading no contest on November 3, 2021, they said. Here is the court record.

Let it be understood, reviewing the victim’s past offenses is not an attempt to justify any actions Rittenhouse took on the evening of the shootings. Additionally, there is no evidence that Kyle Rittenhouse had any prior knowledge of his victim’s identities or criminal records. Rittenhouse’s testimony on the witness stand is clear – he discharged his weapon that night, each victim, as an act of self-defense and in fear for his life. But the media’s propaganda and framing of the victims required context.

What motivated the Rittenhouse attackers?

Though on the specific Rittenhouse event, race was not an issue – all the participants were white, BLM riots raged across America at the time as a backdrop. After the George Floyd incident in Minneapolis, there was an anti-police, defund the police, and chaotic, destructive, violent riots in many cities – that, in many cases, media encouraged.

See below a rather despicable example of how media spins the Rittenhouse narrative to support their agenda. Joy Behar reacts to Rittenhouse breaking down during his testimony, “I can’t even look at it.”

The media spent months flaming racial tensions and playing judge and jury in a brazen attempt to influence the outcome in this case. They knowingly lied about the evidence in the case and withheld specific exculpatory evidence from the audience. Even after the prosecution’s case collapsed aired in real-time for all to watch – the media doubled down on their quest to destroy Rittenhouse’s life and deprive him of his right to innocence until proven guilty in a court of law.

It was not just the media that motivated the Rittenhouse attackers. Government officials at the highest levels were engaged in demonizing Rittenhouse for political gain. Was this jury tampering? The followers of this Leftist BLM movement may have felt they were given the green light to pile on to the nationwide violence. See a Biden campaign ad that labeled Rittenhouse a “white supremacist” before a trial was even had.

Kyle Rittenhouse’s mother, Wendy, addressed Biden’s unconscionable behavior best below.

The trial witnesses and evidence have laid bare the media’s complicity in this case, yet they have now chosen to pivot and target the judge with vile smears and dishonest attacks, read here and here.

Of course, the Progressive Hollywood elite has been in on the act prolifically tweeting as handmaidens to the media and the DNC from the start of the case. Check out their latest screeds during the trial mocking Rittenhouse on the stand.

The Rittenhouse attackers bought into this narrative and acted on it. With this government, media, and Hollywood encouragement of BLM lawlessness, perhaps the Rittenhouse attackers felt they could get away with attacking anyone, including Rittenhouse – their lawlessness went on without impunity. Would this have happened with an honest media?

The latest in this sad saga is a credible threat of violence if the jury does not return the verdict demanded by the “mob” created by media malpractice, the government’s reckless negligence and, Hollywood leftist lunacy.

New York Post:

“Hundreds of Wisconsin National Guard troops have been activated ahead of an expected verdict in Kyle Rittenhouse’s murder trial next week, Gov. Tony Evers announced on Friday.

About 500 troops will be on hand outside of Kenosha and will respond “if requested by local law enforcement,” in the event of civil unrest following the jury’s decision, Evers said.”

So, who really should be on trial?

The Rittenhouse attackers bear the brunt of the responsibility for their own demise. However, the people in government, media, and Hollywood that promoted the BLM riots bear accountability as well. Will these provocateurs ever be held responsible for the Rittenhouse event?

Don’t hold your breath.
