For This Moment In Time: A Crucial Christmas Message

This will be a different kind of Christmas message, perhaps. But it is relevant nonetheless.

Last Christmas, we explored what is the true meaning of Christmas. The miracle of Christ’s birth and what its meaning is to Christians of faith worldwide was reviewed in detail and an offering to non-believers to derive strength and purpose from the universal truths in Christ’s teachings. We highlighted the most essential one:

“But take stock and comfort in God’s promise and be not afraid. BE NOT AFRAID what lies ahead, for God gave his only son so you can find peace and salvation.”

Please take a moment to reflect on our Christmas message from last year here.

2021’s Christmas message is not a typical one but then again, the times we find ourselves living are atypical indeed. So, you claim to know what the true meaning of Christmas is – now what?

Let’s face it – we are all a weary world searching for a reason to rejoice as we come upon the 24-month mark of a pandemic that knows no end. Faith is part of the Christmas story, but what about the concepts of hope and miracles? Hope, while mostly not tangible, plays a unique role in our worldly human experience.

In the 1950s, Dr. Curt Richter from Harvard University performed a series of experiments using water, buckets, and both domesticated and wild rats, which resulted in a surprising discovery within the field of psychology.

He first placed rats in half-filled buckets of water only to observe even the strongest swimmers giving up and dying within minutes. The next time he ran the experiment, he altered the sequence by choosing to rescue each rat at the last minute before they drowned from exhaustion and gave them a resting period of a few minutes. Then he submerged the same rats back into the water, but this time he found that the rats now continued to battle to stay head above water, some surviving up to 60 hours before drowning. Richter concluded that once given a reprieve, the rats then pushed forward with enough effort believing they might be rescued again – they hung on. Richter recorded in his notes, “after elimination of hopelessness, the rats do not die.”

A miracle is defined as an extraordinary event manifesting divine intervention in human affairs. The birth of Christ is such a miracle.

Jesus came to be born in a stable because Mary and Joseph were traveling to Bethlehem to be compliant with the Roman Government’s edict that all return to their ancestral towns to be counted in the Census of Quirinius, for the purpose of taxation. After our savior was born, that same Roman Empire set out to murder him, resulting in Jesus and his family fleeing to Egypt until they could return home safely.

Like Rome in the time of Christ, today, governments around the world are by imperial command expanding their authoritative powers, consolidating power, diminishing our liberties, displacing our families, destroying our livelihoods’, restricting our movement, expanding the dependency state, and practicing medical tyranny – all under the guise of mitigating the Covid pandemic.

Ephesians 6:12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against a spiritual wickedness in high places.

America is currently facing the most serious threat to national independence and sovereignty since the War of 1812. I would argue all Western countries are facing the same. The forces of globalism have declared an all-out war against the citizens of the world’s right to be free and make choices about how they will live their lives. And these forces have chosen Covid as the catalyst for the Great Reset. If you remain unaware of the term the ‘Great Reset’ and the World Economic Forum, please get up to speed here.

One cannot separate Christ’s birth and teachings from family. Christmas time is the epitome of celebrating Christ, family, and traditions. The authoritarians, through all time, have attempted to break those tenets which bind us to one another over the state. The most recent iteration is Cultural Marxism which has insidiously been stripping away our core values as Western societies comprised of majority Christians. It’s imperative that you learn what Cultural Marxism is and what it has already done to your culture and country – watch here.

The left has had a war on Christmas with a vengeance. Why?

A culture that has lost moral tone and that disregards the family is destined for destruction. But the story of Christ’s birth is a promise of hope and a miracle of purpose for the future. The left wants to drown the nuclear family like the rats in the experiment. Christianity is the life raft to cling to that keeps you afloat. The miracle is the courage and aspiration to hope. Stated another way – you are the genesis for a miracle. Your hope, your belief you will be rescued or, as Christians, be redeemed and find salvation.

Presently, the global elites know isolating us from one another, dividing us, pitting us against one another like the Christians and Lions in the colosseum – creates hopelessness. The Covid Mandates are where it all starts but not where they will end. Below will help you grasp the significant changes as they move the foundations of your earthly footprint as it were – right out from underneath you as you sleepwalk through the light.

Christ walked this earth as a man to enlighten humanity to absolutes that give life and the afterlife meaning. You could say Jesus sacrificed to wake us up out of our sleepwalking. America was born out of the miracle of divine providence, but our collective apathy and arrogance have resulted in America falling away from God’s protection. If we expect God to deliver us and hold our country in his favor once again, we must manifest belief, hope and wake up. Some of us have started to do so, and as more stir –  exponential strength, unity, and resolve will follow, watch the tipping point here.

Understand it is your doing …

If we desire a miracle, we must engage in doing. We must hold faith. We must have no fear. We must believe. We must hope … and we must wake up and start doing as described in the video above. Ancient priests waded out into the torrent waters of the river Jordan, knowing that either God would part the water or they would drown. Our Founding Fathers signed their names to a document that could make them either the enemies of the state or the men who birthed a new nation. Each of us has a responsibility to wake up the other, be bold and brave and have hope to believe we are on a cusp of a miracle because we manifested what we are worthy of.

Shortly after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941, Churchill went to Washington with his chiefs of staff to meet President Roosevelt and the American military leaders and coordinate plans for the defeat of the common enemy. On Christmas Eve, Churchill broadcast to the world from the White House on the 20th annual observation of the lighting of the community Christmas tree.

“I spend this anniversary and festival far from my country, far from my family, yet I cannot truthfully say that I feel far from home. Whether it be the ties of blood on my mother’s side, or the friendships I have developed here over many years of active life, or the commanding sentiment of comradeship in the common cause of great peoples who speak the same language, who kneel at the same altars and, to a very large extent, pursue the same ideals, I cannot feel myself a stranger here in the centre and at the summit of the United States. I feel a sense of unity and fraternal association, which, added to the kindliness of your welcome,  convinces me that I have a right to sit at your fireside and share your Christmas joys.

This is a strange Christmas Eve. Almost the whole world is locked in deadly struggle, and, with the most terrible weapons which science can devise, the nations advance upon each other. Ill would it be for us this Christmastide if we were not sure that no greed for the land or wealth of any other people, no vulgar ambition, no morbid lust for material gain at the expense of others, had led us to the field. Here, in the midst of war, raging and roaring over all the lands and seas, creeping nearer to our hearts and homes, here, amid all the tumult, we have tonight the peace of the spirit in each cottage home and in every generous heart. Therefore we may cast aside for this night at least the cares and dangers which beset us and make for the children an evening of happiness in a world of storm. Here, then, for one night only, each home throughout the English-speaking world should be a brightly-lighted island of happiness and peace.

Let the children have their night of fun and laughter. Let the gifts of Father Christmas delight their play. Let us grown-ups share to the full in their unstinted pleasures before we turn again to the stern task and the formidable years that lie before us resolved that, by our sacrifice and daring, these same children shall not be robbed of their inheritance or denied their right to live in a free and decent world.

And so, in God’s mercy, a happy Christmas to you all.”

Celebrate Christ today and share the wonderment and joy of innocence in our care.

Tomorrow we rise to fight a common enemy and manifest our miracle in the name of Christ.

We will unify, we will lawfully redress our governments, we will wake up our brothers and sisters, we will have hope, and we will never comply with tyranny.

God bless, and may the Lord have mercy upon us all.

  1. Time is running out. Will America pull back from the precipice of an immoral abyss? If not, America and the rest of the world will pay the price for what has been prophesied to come if it does not wake up. Yes, one can remain hopeful – but the trend does not look good.

In the meantime, we can remain positive, alert, and forward-looking. If the rest of the world is troubled, doesn’t mean we have to in our own personal lives. We have much work to do in 2022. Let’s get to it.

  2. Well written and full of truth! Wake up America! My mom use to say, “The truth will stand while the world is on fire”! Wake up while we still have a Country full of freedom!!!

  3. Beautifully said . I know I sometimes I lose my compass settings and direction to keep on the right path and it is good to have people like you Bekah and others to remind and show things that helps keep you on that right path . Every one have a merry Christmas and keep the faith .

  4. To be fully alive we need to be fully realistic…and this article…this message, doesn’t shy away from it but faces it.

Churchill’s Christmas eve, White House message was realistic of the dangers and evils of the time and also offered genuine hope and inspiration to unity. And good prevailed.

Even the Harvard experiment showed rats can respond to even a little encouragement with a great struggle to resist. All the more reason why we should resist and be empowered not only with human encouragement and natural hope but a supernatural hope.

Let’s deeply heal, restore and strengthen our spirit, mind and body over the days of Christmas and enjoy the merriment before the inevitable challenges of 2022. 🎄🎀🎅
    Amor vincit omnia. ❤

"The simple step of a courageous individual is to not take part in the lie. One word of truth outweighs the world." Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

I was born and raised in the enigma known as "The Big Easy." There, rooted along the banks of the great Mississippi River between the creeping bayou and Lake Pontchartrain, I was conscripted on all things pertaining to human nature.  I am the quintessential southern woman, that is to say, I defy most could never accurately define what that label truly represents.  Brined below sea level where one respects; the haunts lingering about, the force of storm surge, the ethos of Mardi Gras, and the sanctity of generational family-I know what it is to belong to an organically diverse culture.

Early on in life, my career path serpentined and led to brief stints of living varied experiences as I indulged my passions for painting, musical theater, and the culinary arts. My young experiences evolved my purpose and honed my intuitive skills and I became a Medical Professional specializing in mental health with a focus on child/adolescent needs. After living decades in NOLA, and after hurricane  Katrina unearthed the realities of modern-day inner cities, I made the pivotal decision to relocate to where my family and I spent our summers in a quest to find security and civility in my life.

High up on one of the "grandfather mountains" I now perch in a Smoky mountain community in East Tennessee. Although, I would not trade my formative years in Louisiana, unfortunately,  that era of  America  is  no longer obtainable in the times we live - changing course was the best decision "Evah!"

I am a warrior  for freedom and truth , steeped in my ancestral history ,I am constantly reminded that stillness and introspection expands the mind and heart to possess a more nuanced understanding of all things in our internal and external world. We are all destined to bash ourselves against the rotted cultural rocks of humanity's unraveling until we recognize that a shared moral tone is essential for a free society. A healthy culture is one comprised of many unique people who offer shading and depth to the experience of living, yet all choose to accept basic truths that bind us all together-a societal moral tone. Intolerance  , censorship, intersectionality, cancel culture, apathy ,and ignorance will only groom oppression and tyranny.  Critical thought, differentiation, and dissent is your individual right granted not by government -and must always be protected, championed, and defended.
