Man Arrested on Way to White House With Rifle, Plans to Kill Biden, Obama, Clinton, Fauci

A man from Merced, Calif. was arrested last week in Iowa on a cross-country trip to the White House with a “hit list” of targets that included President Joe Biden and more, according to court records unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa on Wednesday.

25-year-old Kuachua Brillion Xiong was pulled over in Iowa on Dec. 21. Cass County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Tyler Shiels initially pulled Xiong over for driving aggressively, but after being asked about his destination, Xiong admitted he was on his way to Washington D.C.

According to Sgt. Shiels, the conversation then turned to Xiong’s disapproval of government, and claims of sex abuse of children within the government, including cases involving Biden. Xiong then admitted to having an AR-15 style rifle in his possession and a subsequent search of his car revealed loaded magazines, boxes of ammunition, multiple pieces of body armor, medical kits, a grappling hook, food and cash.

Police arrested Xiong during the traffic stop and, according to charging documents, Xiong admitted during subsequent interviews with investigators that he used the TikTok app to download videos to compile a list of evil individuals he intended to kill. That list of individuals included former presidents Bill Clinton and Barrack Obama, as well as Dr. Anthony Fauci, and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

According to the charging documents, Xiong said he would also try to kill Biden unless the president promised to comply with Xiong’s demands.

Xiong further detailed his plans to gain access to the White House by using his grappling hook to climb over a perimeter fence.

Xiong also admitted to U.S. Secret Service Special Agent Justin Larson that up until recent months, he worked at a grocery store in Merced to maintain his “cover” until he would be called upon by God to “combat evil demons in the White House.”

“Xiong believes that he is the only person remaining who can free the United States of evil and it is necessary for him to kill those in positions of power,” Larson wrote in the affidavit.

At the conclusion of his interview with investigators, Xiong said if released he would continue on his journey to the White House and “do whatever it takes” to carry out his plan of attack. Xiong said he also has no intention of returning to his home state of California or to see his family because he expects to die fighting “evil demons” at the White House.

Xiong has since been charged with making a threat against the former President of the United States.

On Thursday, Xiong’s attorney filed a notice of his intent to make an insanity defense and requested that the court begin a mental competency examination of Xiong.
