Megadrought in the West threatens energy and water security

Western states are experiencing the worst drought in at least 1,200 years, and scientists say climate change has made conditions significantly worse. Dartmouth College assistant professor of geography Justin Mankin joined CBS News’ Mola Lenghi and Tanya Rivero to discuss the historic drought and how it’s forcing communities to make an impossible choice.
