Expectations for Putin’s “Victory Day” speech Monday

Russians will celebrate the anniversary of the end of World War II on Monday in a holiday called “Victory Day.” Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to speak during a large parade in Moscow. Matthew Pauly, an associate professor of History at Michigan State University and expert on Ukraine and Russia, joins CBS News to discuss what the expectations are for Putin’s speech.
