Amnesty accuses Russia of war crimes in Ukraine’s Kharkiv, killing civilians with cluster bombs

Amnesty International said it had uncovered proof in Ukraine’s second-largest city of the repeated use by Russian forces of cluster bombs and scatterable landmines, all of which are banned under international conventions.
