Vietnam robber-cop arrested after offering passers-by gold and jewellery he stole in raid on shops

The man wearing a police uniform, who is believed to be an officer, was brandishing a Russian-made AK-47 assault rifle when he broke into two shops. He took trays filled with gold and jewellery that he threw on the pavement outside, shouting for people to take the items, according to a police statement
