Abortion rights on the ballot in Kansas

Voters in Kansas are deciding whether or not their state’s legislature can further restrict abortion rights. This is the first time abortion has been on a ballot since Roe v. Wade was overturned. CBS News political correspondent Caitlin Huey-Burns reports from Kanas and joined CBS News’ Lana Zak to discuss.
