Senate hopes to vote on $700 billion climate change, inflation bill before recess

Before Congress departs on summer recess, Senate Democrats are attempting to pass a $700 billion spending bill aimed at climate change, health and inflation assistance. In a split Senate, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema’s vote is still trying to be secured. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports from Capitol Hill.
