Boil water advisory issued in Baltimore after E. coli detected in water

Thousands of people in the City of Baltimore and Baltimore County don’t have clean drinking water after E. coli was detected. CBS News Baltimore investigative reporter Mike Hellgren spoke with CBS News’ Anne-Marie Green about what’s being done to fix the issue and why one woman thinks the bacteria was in the water well before it was discovered.
