Texas board rejects posthumous pardon recommendation for George Floyd

In 2004, Floyd was arrested for selling $10 worth of crack and sentenced to 10 months in prison. The ex-Houston police officer who arrested Floyd is now facing murder charges for a deadly 2019 drug raid.
