Natural gas prices soar in California as they fall in other parts of the U.S.

Energy companies in Southern California are warning customers their natural gas bills will go up this month as wholesale prices have reportedly jumped more than 300% since last January. CBS News anchors Lana Zak and Errol Barnett spoke with Rob Nikolewski, energy reporter for the San Diego Union-Tribune, about what’s driving rates.
