Police respond to “barricaded suspect situation” in van possibly linked to Monterey Park shooting

Los Angeles Sheriff Robert Luna said Sunday that law enforcement was dealing with a “barricaded suspect situation” after police surrounded a van in the Torrance neighborhood that they believe is linked to the Saturday night shooting in Monterey Park that left 10 people dead and another 10 wounded.
