Charges are the first to be formally lodged against Moscow officials since Putin invaded Ukraine last year

The International Criminal Court on Friday issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian official Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova for the alleged scheme to deport Ukrainian children to Russia.
